    What are the patient safety issues or questions you would like feedback from other Safety in Numbers network members on?

    The Safety in Numbers Team en-mass will be on-line on 30th May to look at your queries and see if they can help – as well as logging on regularly before then to join in!

        If people do have questions in the forum if we can't anser them or signpost resources we can ask on Twitter (@safetyinumbers) we've got quite a few followers now who are all interested in and know about PATIENT SAFETY.

          Based on this initial experience of going online together for a forum discussion I think planning to discuss a particular hot topic at a set date and time would work well.
