This innovative, multidisciplinary conference will focus on the implementation of evidence-based change at scale, in maternity and neonatal services.

The conference will showcase the work of a large-scale project across Yorkshire and the Humber that aimed to create sustainable change across sectors, and to tackle inequalities in health. Those involved in the project – from maternity and neonatal units, public health, universities, regional organisations, and service user groups, will be available to discuss and demonstrate their work.

The conference will be of interest to many, including: commissioners and managers of hospital, primary care and public health; practitioners including obstetricians, paediatricians, midwives, health visitors, neonatal nurses, their students and educators; service user representatives and community groups; and researchers working in the field of implementation science.

It is sure to be an interesting, varied day that celebrates the success of the YH HIEC Maternal and Infant Health and care theme. For more information visit: http://yhhiec.org/celebrati…..-and-care/ or email [email protected] for more info.
