Patient Safety Innovation competition – Submission deadline extended to 4th May 2012
Do you have a proven patient safety initiative? Do you have some evidence that it is effective? Does your idea have the potential for wider benefit?
We would like to invite you to submit your innovation to a patient safety competition
to showcase its idea and implementation – with a chance of your organisation winning up to £1000 prize.
The closing date for our initial competition is 4th May 2012. The prize will be announced at the Safety in Numbers network launch and Patient Safety masterclass on 15th May 2012.
