TAPS Evaluation Report – Now available to download
The Training and Action for Patient Safety evaluation from the Bradford pilot has been refreshed and is now available to as a report.
The report features the reaction of participants to the programme, changes in knowledge. skills and attitudes, and the impact on patient safety practices and outcomes.
